WHAT DOES YOUR PARTICIPATION INCLUDE?
The standard registration fee includes your participation in the conference sessions, coffee breaks and networking luncheons (October 25 & 27, 2018), cocktail reception and welcome dinner (October 25, 2018), Athens Marina Tours (October 26, 2018), all preparatory and administrative expenses, full documentation and conference material. You are responsible for the arrangement and payment of your own travel and accommodation.
When you register, you will receive confirmation from our accounting department. Please note that payment must be received before the start of the conference.
Cancellation is possible. If we receive your cancellation notice earlier than June 1, 2018, you will be entitled to 50% refund. For cancellations received on or later than June 2, 2018, no refunds can be claimed. Each delegate may nominate an alternative person from their organisation to attend up to 24 hours prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge. No refunds will be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
